Refund Policy

Kal Tiffin Mein Kya? is a digital download. Once the file has been delivered it cannot be returned, so it is generally non-refundable.

When a refund is given

These are refunded in full, no argument:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment was taken but the eBook was never delivered, and support could not deliver it to you.
• The file you received is corrupted or unreadable and cannot be replaced with a working copy.

When a refund is not given

• The guide was delivered and opened, but you decided you did not want it.
• You expected different recipes, a different number of recipes, or a different format. Please read the product page carefully before buying — it states exactly what is inside.
• Your child did not like a particular dish.

How to request one

Email [add your support email in lib/tiffin/config.ts] within 7 days of your purchase with the email address or phone number used at checkout and your Cashfree order reference. Requests are usually answered within 2 working days, and an approved refund is returned through Cashfree to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 working days.
